About Us

In 2007, Charles Fife decided to stop working for someone else and created CRF Mechanical because he thought things could be done better in the HVAC field. The company specializes in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation, with a steadfast commitment to quality services. CRF Mechanical was more successful than Charles anticipated, but he needed more people to help the company grow. In 2015, he hired his first employee, and by the year’s end, he renamed Big Foot Heating & Cooling.

Additionally, our team has EPA Section 608 Technician Certification. To earn Section 608 Technician Certification, technicians must pass an EPA-approved test specific to the type of equipment they seek to work on. The tests must be administered by an EPA-approved certifying organization. Section 608 Technician Certification credentials do not expire.
